Single Property Page Title

In the Zozonest Property Plugin, the Single Property Page Title settings allow you to control the appearance and layout of the title area at the top of individual property detail pages. This section functions as a “Hero” or “Header” area for the specific listing.

1. Enable/Disable Toggle

• Single Property Page Title: A master switch to either show or hide the entire title section at the top of individual property pages.

2. Content Management (Single Page Title Items)

• Drag & Drop Interface: You can choose which specific elements appear in this header area.

• Title: Displays the name of the property (e.g., “Luxury Modern Villa”).

• Breadcrumb: Shows the navigational path (e.g., Home > Properties > Modern Villa), which is helpful for user navigation and SEO.

3. Visual Customization (Background & Alignment)

• Single Page Title Background: Customize the look behind the title text.

  • Select Color: Set a solid background color.

  • Upload Image: Upload a featured background image (often a placeholder or a generic real estate-themed banner).

  • Image Controls: Use dropdowns to set Background Repeat, Size (e.g., Cover), Attachment (e.g., Fixed/Scroll), and Position (e.g., Left Center).

• Single Page Title Alignment: A dropdown to align the text and breadcrumbs to the Left, Center, or Right.

4. Spacing and Overlays

• Single Page Title Padding: Define the exact height and width of the title area in pixels. For instance, increasing the Top and Bottom padding will make the header taller and more prominent.

• Single Page Title Overlay Color: Apply a semi-transparent color on top of your background image. This ensures that the white or dark text remains readable regardless of the image’s brightness.

• Agent Page Title Item Colors: Specifically set the color for title items when viewing an agent’s dedicated list or profile page.
