Property Pricing Options

Zozonest gives you granular control over how financial data is displayed to potential buyers:

• Multi-Currency Support: Configure your primary currency (e.g., $, €, £) and set the symbol position (left or right). The plugin can often integrate with currency switchers for international portals.

• Custom Price Labels: Not every property has a flat price. You can add custom text like:

  • POA (Price on Application)

  • Guide Price

  • Starting From

  • Per Month / Per Week (for rentals)

• Price Range Filtering: Enables users to search for properties within a specific budget (e.g., $500,000 – $750,000) using smooth UI sliders in the search widgets.

• Price History: Tracks and displays historical price changes, showing users when a property has been “Reduced” to create a sense of urgency.

Measurement & Units

To accommodate different regional standards, Zozonest allows you to define exactly how space is measured:

• Standard Units: Toggle between Imperial (Square Feet, Acres) and Metric (Square Meters, Hectares) for property area.

• Custom Measurement Definitions: Beyond just the total area, you can use measurement units for specific fields:

  • Lot Size (Acres/Hectares)

  • Building Dimensions (Linear feet/meters)

  • Room Sizes

• Automatic Conversions: In advanced setups, the plugin can automatically display measurements in the unit most relevant to the user’s location.
