Zozonest uses the Google Places API to scan the area around a property’s coordinates and automatically display local amenities. This saves you from having to manually research and type in nearby locations for every listing.

• Nearby Schools: Displays local primary and secondary schools, often including their distance from the property (e.g., “Lincoln High School — 0.8 miles”).

• Public Transport: Automatically identifies the nearest bus stops, subway stations, or train lines, which is a critical selling point for urban properties.

• Points of Interest (POIs): Shows a curated list of essential services such as:

  • Health: Hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics.

  • Lifestyle: Restaurants, cafes, gyms, and shopping malls.

  • Finance: Banks and ATMs.
