The Property List widget in Zozonest is a high-performance Elementor tool designed to display listings in a structured, vertical format. It offers extensive customization across content, query, and styling to match diverse real estate portal needs.

1. Content & Layout Settings

These options define the core structure of the list:

  • Design Type/Skin: Select from multiple predefined card versions (e.g., Card Version 1–8) to change the visual presentation of each listing.

  • Show/Hide Data: Toggle visibility for specific property card elements such as the favorite button, featured label, property address, and description.

  • Pagination & Navigation: Choose between standard numbered pages, “Next/Previous” arrows, a Load More button, or Infinite Scroll for seamless browsing.

  • Top Bar options: Some versions include a “Top Bar” widget that allows for additional sorting and display controls directly above the list.

2. Advanced Query Options

The Query settings allow you to control exactly which properties populate the list:

  • Property Filtering: Restrict listings by specific categories, types, cities, or custom taxonomies.

  • Sort By & Order: Organize results by various attributes, such as Price (High to Low or Low to High), date, or name.

  • Exclude Current/Duplicates: Options to prevent showing the current property in a “Related Listings” section or to avoid redundant content across the page.

  • Featured Only: Filter the list to display only those properties marked as “Featured” in the backend.

3. Dynamic Interaction & Filters

These features enhance how users navigate the listings:

  • AJAX Filters: Enable advanced filtering that allows users to refine results (by price, location, etc.) without reloading the page.

  • Popup Views: Configure dynamic popups that allow users to view property details instantly from the list.

  • Sync with Widgets: Coordinate the list results with other on-page elements like maps or search bars for unified navigation.

4. Styling & Typography

Elementor’s intuitive interface allows for deep visual customization:

  • Typography Controls: Customize fonts, sizes, and weights for titles, addresses, price labels, and property descriptions.

  • Color Customization: Set unique colors for backgrounds, font labels, active items, and icons.

  • Spacing & Box Shadow: Adjust the margin and padding for individual items, as well as add box shadows to create a sense of depth.

  • Icon Styling: Modify icon sizes, colors, and positions (e.g., before or above the label).
