Zozonest simplifies the communication gap between buyers and sellers with an integrated messaging system.

  • Direct Inquiry Handling: When a user fills out the contact form on a property page, the message is instantly routed to the agent’s Dashboard Inbox.

  • Real-Time Notifications: Both parties receive email alerts when a new message is sent, ensuring no lead goes cold.

  • Message Threading: Conversations are organized by property, allowing agents to keep track of which lead is interested in which specific listing.

  • Attachment Support: Users can often send documents (like pre-approval letters) or extra photos directly through the internal chat.
