• For Buyers:

  • Favorite Listings: A curated list of properties they’ve “hearted” for future reference.

  • Saved Searches: A history of their search criteria (e.g., “3-bed villas in Madrid”) with the option to receive email alerts when new matches appear.

  • Profile Management: Update contact details, profile pictures, and change passwords.

• For Agents & Agencies:

  • My Properties: A table view of all their active, pending, and expired listings.

  • Submission Stats: View how many times their properties have been seen by visitors.

  • Package Status: If using a membership model, agents can see how many listings they have left in their current plan.

The Internal Inbox & Messaging System

Zozonest simplifies the communication gap between buyers and sellers with an integrated messaging system.

• Direct Inquiry Handling: When a user fills out the contact form on a property page, the message is instantly routed to the agent’s Dashboard Inbox.

• Real-Time Notifications: Both parties receive email alerts when a new message is sent, ensuring no lead goes cold.

• Message Threading: Conversations are organized by property, allowing agents to keep track of which lead is interested in which specific listing.

• Attachment Support: Users can often send documents (like pre-approval letters) or extra photos directly through the internal chat.
