Multi-Tier User Roles

Zozonest uses a structured role system to ensure everyone has the right permissions:

• Agencies (The Organizations): Designed for real estate firms. This role can manage a team of multiple agents, track collective performance, and showcase a corporate profile.

• Agents (The Professionals): Individual experts who can submit properties, manage their own listings, and receive direct inquiries from leads.

• Buyers/Renters (The Consumers): Standard users who can create accounts to “Favorite” listings, save their search criteria, and communicate with agents.

• Administrators (The Controllers): Site owners who approve new agent registrations, moderate listings, and manage the payment/package system.

Frontend Agent Dashboard

To maintain a professional look, Zozonest provides a Frontend Dashboard so agents never have to see the WordPress “back-end.”

• Listing Management: Agents can add, edit, or delete their properties through a clean, multi-step interface.

• Inquiry Tracking: A central place to see all messages and leads generated by their specific listings.

• Profile Customization: Agents can upload their headshot, bio, social media links, and professional certifications to build trust.

• Performance Stats: View how many “hits” or “views” each property has received.

Agency & Staff Management

For larger firms, Zozonest offers a “Staff Directory” style system:

• Agent Assignment: Admins or Agencies can assign specific properties to specific agents.

• Public Profiles: Every agent gets a dedicated public page showing their bio, contact form, and all the properties currently under their name.

• Company Branding: Agency profiles can display a logo and office location, acting as a mini-directory for the entire firm.
