Zozonest is designed with a “Clean-First” philosophy. It avoids cluttered sidebars in favor of high-quality imagery and white space, ensuring that the Property Photos remain the focal point of the page.

• Grid vs. List Toggle: Users can switch between a visual “Grid View” (large images) and a data-driven “List View” (more technical details at a glance).

• Masonry Layouts: For modern agencies, the plugin supports masonry styling, allowing properties of different orientations (portrait/landscape) to fit together like a gallery.

2. Elementor Integration (The Design Engine)

The plugin is “Elementor-native,” meaning you don’t need to know code to change the look.

• Custom Widgets: Drag-and-drop unique real estate elements like “Price Badges,” “Amenity Icons,” and “Agent Contact Cards.”

• Dynamic Styling: Change colors, typography, and button styles globally to match your agency’s branding (e.g., matching the corporate “Navy Blue” or “Luxury Gold”).

3. High-Conversion Property Pages

The single property page is designed using a Conversion Hierarchy:

• Sticky Header/Sidebar: As the user scrolls through property photos, the “Book a Tour” or “Contact Agent” button stays visible.

• Iconography Library: Uses a custom set of SVG icons for features (e.g., specific icons for  Bedrooms,  Bathrooms,  Garage, and  Garden).

• Lightbox Galleries: Clicking an image opens a full-screen, touch-friendly slider that works beautifully on tablets and smartphones.

4. Interactive Mapping Design

The map isn’t just a utility; it’s a design element.

• Custom Snazzy Maps Support: You can skin the Google Map to be dark, light, grayscale, or even “midnight blue” to match your website’s theme.

• Marker Customization: Instead of standard red pins, you can use custom icons or even Price Tags as the pins on the map.

5. Mobile-First Responsiveness

Since over 60% of property searches happen on mobile, the design adapts automatically:

• Thumb-Friendly Navigation: Search filters and “Call Agent” buttons are placed within easy reach of the user’s thumb.
