Single Template Settings

In the Zozonest Property Plugin, the Single Template Settings allow you to customize the look and functionality of individual property detail pages. This menu is divided into three key areas to control the header, the body content, and the side panels of your listings.

Here is a brief explanation of each option:

1. Single Property Page Title

This section manages the “Hero” or header area at the very top of each property page.

• Toggle Display: You can turn the entire title section on or off.

• Title Content: Decide whether to show the property name and breadcrumbs (the navigation path like Home > Properties > Modern Villa).

• Visual Background: You can set a solid color or upload a high-quality background image to make the page header more visually engaging.

• Alignment & Spacing: Adjust whether the text is centered or aligned to the sides, and set specific padding to control how “tall” the header appears.

2. Single Property Layout

This controls the main content area where the property details are displayed.

• Section Management: Often uses a drag-and-drop interface to enable, disable, or reorder various sections like the image gallery, description, property features, and map.

• Content Structure: Choose how information is grouped—for example, showing property specifications (beds, baths, size) in an accordion or tabbed format to save space.

• Animation: Enable or disable entrance effects for elements as the user scrolls down the page.

3. Single Property Sidebars

Sidebars are used to hold extra information that stays next to the main property description.

• Sidebar Placement: Choose to place the sidebar on the Left, Right, on Both sides, or remove it entirely for a full-width layout.

• Widget Selection: Select which specific “Widget Area” (defined in your WordPress widgets menu) to display. Common uses include adding an Agent Contact Form, a mortgage calculator, or a “Featured Properties” list.

• Sticky Behavior: You can set the sidebar to be “Sticky,” meaning it will follow the user as they scroll, keeping the agent’s contact details always in view.
