The Property Default widget in Zozonest serves as a versatile element for displaying listings in a standardized card or grid format. It contains specific properties and user settings defined through Elementor’s control panel.

1. General & Layout Options

These settings control the basic appearance and structure of the property grid:

  • Title: An optional label displayed above the widget to identify the section (e.g., “Featured Listings”).

  • Layout/Skin: Choose between different predefined card designs, such as “Classic” or “Modern,” to match your site’s aesthetic.

  • Columns: Specify the number of properties to display per row (typically 1 to 4).

  • Number of Items: Define the total number of listings to show in the widget.

2. Query Options

The query determines exactly which properties the widget pulls from your database:

  • Category/Type Filter: Select specific property types (e.g., “Villas” or “Apartments”) to display only those categories.

  • Sort By: Order the listings based on parameters like date added, price, or name.

  • Ordering: Set the order to either Ascending (ASC) or Descending (DESC).

  • Featured Only: A toggle to show only properties marked as “Featured” in the backend.

3. Meta & Media Options

These options handle the specific data points shown on each property card:

  • Featured Images: Enable or disable the display of the property’s main image.

  • Image Proportions: Specify the size and aspect ratio for the featured images to maintain a uniform grid.

  • Excerpts: Choose whether to show a short text summary of the property.

  • Meta Items: Toggle visible details such as Price, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and Area ($sqft$ or $sqm$).

4. Advanced Styling

Elementor’s standard advanced tab allows for further fine-tuning:

  • Typography & Colors: Override global settings to apply specific fonts and colors to titles, prices, or badges.

  • Padding & Margins: Adjust the spacing around the widget or individual cards.

  • Rounded Corners: Apply a specific border-radius to the featured images for a softer look.
