• Visual Grouping: Instead of a mess of pins, users see a single “cluster” icon with a number (e.g., “15”). As the user zooms in, the cluster smoothly breaks apart into individual property markers.

• Performance Optimization: Clustering significantly reduces the browser’s workload by only rendering a few group icons instead of hundreds of individual markers at once, ensuring a lag-free experience for mobile users.

• Marker Spiderfier: For properties at the exact same coordinates (like different units in an apartment complex), Zozonest uses a “spiderfier” effect that fans the pins out in a circle when clicked, making each one selectable.

Custom Map Styling (Snazzy Maps Integration)

Zozonest allows you to move beyond the default “yellow and grey” look of Google Maps to create a deeply branded experience:

• Branded Color Palettes: You can apply custom JSON styles to change the color of water, roads, parks, and landmarks. Popular choices include Dark Mode for luxury sites or Minimalist Light for clean, modern interfaces.

• Snazzy Maps Compatibility: The plugin is fully compatible with Snazzy Maps, a repository of thousands of free Google Maps styles. You simply copy the style code and paste it into the Zozonest Map Settings.

• Element Control: You can toggle off “Points of Interest” (like gas stations or competitors’ offices) to keep the user’s focus entirely on your property listings.
